Guests can choose to stay in private rooms or affordable dormitory-style rooms. All rooms have air conditioning facilities, tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. The 24-hour shower room and toilets are shared with all guests. Bicycle rentals are available for touring the area and a coin-launderette is on-site. Guests can cook their own meals at the shared kitchen, which provides a microwave, a fridge and an electric kettle. Kitchenware is also provided and laptops can be borrowed at the front desk. Free parking is on-site. The property provides maps of the neighboring areas for guests to use. Asobigokoro Guest House is a 15-minute drive from Aso Shrine and Kodainosato Museum of Art. Mount Aso Ropeway Station is a 30-minute drive away. No meals are served.

It's a very welcoming guest house, 10 minutes walk from train station or you can call for pick up. There's a great rice field just 200 meter behind the guest house, very good view for sunrise and sunset. Staff are very friendly and 200% helpful!! Very clean place, they vaccum every corner daily in the house!! We love Asobigokoro : ). Impeccable welcome and service, with traditional tea, so helpful with all information and recommendations. They really thought of everything at this hostel. One of the best hostels we have both ever stayed in....
