  I traveled with my elderly mother. The staff were great. Very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Petra-Gaye, Abigail, Christopher and Sheralyne (sp?). I liked the location of the hotel, right on the hip strip. It was not noisy at night and in the day my mother could sit on the balcony and look out.   I chose the hotel because of the easy access to the airport, beaches, downtown, and restaurants. It was very convenient to do every thing even alone. I love this hotel very much. All staff were very friendly and their service was also nice.   Staff was very nice and accommodated late check out request. Made dinner reservations for us and called taxi's for rides. Very nice location, across from the beach and near tons of shops. Gave beach passes to guests, beach normally $6. Rooms were clean and a full 1 bedroom apt with a patio, so very spacious.   Staff was extremely friendly and helpful . Very close to the neach and the popular hip strip. The hotel was a nice surprise bc you never really know when you book online . We were very pleased with our stay and would def stay again.   We liked everything about Syrynity Palace. People were helpful and accommodating. The building, pool, and grounds were clean and well groomed. The building has recently been acquired by the new owners whom are continuously making improvements and updates.
