First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling. The room was advertised. Loved the high end Kohler bathroom amenities. Best sleep I had in years on that king size bed. Pillows made a world of different, in fact I am going to re.
kaikki arvostelut » The Spanish Court was super nice. The style blew us away -- all elements of the design were excellent. The WiFi was free and ubiquitous. The massages were great! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Maybe the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, definitely for the price. I loved everything,,,from the minitue I stepped in the lobby..iknew I made the right choice ..everything was perfect ..the staff were well trained .the food was great ,the room was spotless .I could go on and on .bottomline I will definaely be going back. the initial reception was great - I loved being offered a drink - even though I only had water it was friendly and warm. I loved that there was a yoga mat in my room, I really enjoyed the spa and staff across the board were excellent. The staff were just great - this was the best service we encountered in Jamaica, and best of all was the hotel driver we hired, Stephen, who was so proud and knowledgeable about his hometown. His input/help really made our trip. Super staff throughout. Good bar and restaurant, we enjoyed the live singer on the terrace in the evening. Comfortable room. the staff went out of their way to make our short stay quite memorable. Everything, from location, the friendly, professional and courteous staff, to the absolutely luxurious and well maintained facilities, and clean pool, and excellent food. This is heaven on earth!. The staff at the Spanish Court was more than amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best on the island. I would recommend this property to anyone who will listen. The reception staff at the check in counter was outstanding and accommodating. Room service was excellent as well in terms of ordering food. Ambiance. Good wi-fi connection. Welcome evening was appreciated. Staff at all levels very courteous and friendly. They did not have our reservation for the first night. So they gave us an upgrade for the next night. very good. We had dinner and drinks at the pool bar on Friday night, and there were more patrons than the one bartender/waiter/busser could handle, so service was slow. But he was very nice and apologetic, and made an excellent Gin martini, so we enjoyed our dinner. personally,I think my stay was planned too short....I loved loved everything. Nothing. we loved everything!!!. I was as asked to show id to purchase a bottle water that cost 2:50 us at restaurant as I was using my credit card but,point being I'm A guess at the hotel an upon check it my id Wld of been verified... Although the standard of food was excellent, I should have liked to have seen a dinner menu change. (I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and ate in the restaurant most evenings). No lamb shanks for two weeks, although advertised in the menu. It is a non smoking hotel. Really non smoking. I went for business and I have recommended my family , employes and client to stay at the hotel and I myself try to get a room on the 26th to the 29th of march and I was turned back and was sent to a hotel not of my choice and I went on booking. Com and got a room. The price was never a issue to me ,all I was looking is comfort so I could execute my work in a comfy environment . Thank you. Not much to dislike really. Small pool and bar area upstairs. Pool bar is not open till 4pm on Saturday. Change the channel once in a while from FOX news. Having to pay for internet/wifi access. N//A. love everything , people very nice. Rooms very small. Hitel crowded with all the rain. They really need some big unbrellas on the pool deck so that you can still sit outside and enjoy a beer and a snack by the pool when it is raining. Issue is lack of outdoor space to sit in.
