  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach. We also asked for restaurant recommendations and were given 2 great choices. - Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The view from the top floor, for the breakfast buffet was just excellent.
