kids) and a separated bed room with bathroom for the parents. Perfect

Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train

The location is amazing and all seights are within a short walking
distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no
reception. You ring the bell and sign in in the upper communal area. Our
friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not
allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like
