  As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » On the last day we were supposed to leave at around 4am to catch our flight, we just left the key in the room, there were no problems whatsoever. Lar - Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the piazzale Roma. The location is superb- 5min from San Marco. It is easy to find and clean.

Trip will take 20 minutes and than you will have to walk for 15 minutes (or make an appointment with the hotel for a free shuttle service! The walk is nice so we didn't use this service). - Don't expect luxury, just a place to sleep!

  We were made feel very welcome Staff were always helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and we booked in again for 2 extra nights and hotel reduced the rate for us. Overall fantastic - Excellent staff, good location, a well-run hotel.

Our flight landed late at night and we noticed that it was past the check in time listed at time of booking.   Hieno rakennus. Erittäin siisti. Erinomainen sijainti. Aamiaisen syöminen terassilla Canal Granden varrella - The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. Breakfast was great..the decor of hotel really created an atmosphere of old Venice..the location was close enough to everything yet not so close you felt crowed by center. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!
