  Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.   Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor.
