B&B Cristina - Valokuvat

During our travel in Italy we visited four different cities and stayed in four different places. B&B Cristina was the best of all of them. Now when I think about Italy, first of all I remember Venice and B&B Cristina. Hospitality and good will of the owner was really exceptional. B&B Cristina is situated in very good place – close to water bus stop and all the places of interest in Venice, train station is not far too. To find B&B Cristina is not difficult, however you should ge. kaikki arvostelut »
Hospitality and warm reception of the owner of B&B Cristina, his patience, goodwill and readiness to help if his guests have any problems or questions about the city (sightseeing, shopping, where to eat and so on). Comfortable, spacious rooms, nicely furnished and decorated, the windows of which overlook one of the canals. The size of the room where I stayed and its decor match the best 5 star hotels. Staying in such a room gives you an idea of what it is like to live in a Venitian house.T.
Giovanni was amazing! Lovely, friendly man. Check in was over a glass of wine and he planned an evening walking route around Venice for us and recommended places for food and drinks. Really chatty and interesting person! Taught us lots about wine-making, Italian fruit and Venice facts over more wine.
Breakfast was incredible! The best breakfast out of several during our travels around Italy. Eggs, ham and bread. Yoghurts, lots of fruit, the tastiest/only peach juice I've ever had, croissants. .
The owners are very kind and helpful. Breakfast in bed was perfect (esp. croissants). Towels & bathroom amenities are provided. The location is quite complex (i got lost at first but Venetians around there will help you to find the direction). However, IF YOU GET LOST, you can remember the way, and SEE THE REAL VENICE. This B&B located in the real Venice, connected the canal, which easily walk to/from train station and Rialto bride (just follow the sign and map). If you would like to st.
Great place for the people who want to feel the real Venice. Basically it's the owner's appartment with some rooms for rent. It is real Venetian house, the rooms are spacious and with high ceilings, nice furnished and decorated with local vases, pictures etc. Giovanni is a fantastic host, I would rate 110 of 100 for his hospitality. His breakfasts, readiness to help, warm conversations - everything is cosy and makes you feel at home.
If you look for a luxury hotel with a crown of service team a.
My daughter and I stayed at B&B Cristina and truly enjoyed our stay.
Our room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from our
window looking down the canal was amazing. Our host, Giovanni, even met
us at the bus stop, after giving specific instructions as to which bus
line to take at the airport. He walked us back to the B&B, even
carrying our heaviest suitcase. The breakfast he prepared for us was
wonderful, more than we could eat. When we left, he walked us to the
water .
In general, very very nice..
Considering very special road situation in Venice, the B and B location is very nice. safe area, many shops, restaurant, etc...
room itself is also nice. I stayed room for 3 people, very nice deco with paintings, table...
but biggest value of this B and B is the owner , Giovanni ..
He is really friendly, polite, trying to help , and even when we leave, he is helping to bring our luggages on the way to show direction to bus station.
I would come back this B and B ag.
Myself and my husband stayed in B&B Cristina in August on a holiday around Italy/Croatia. We both really enjoyed this guesthouse for its authenthicity and proximity to the #1 water bus stop. Giovanni the owner was brilliant - really helpful, friendly, enthusiastic and polite. He made us a lovely breakfast in the morning with bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and ham, coffee and juice. When we were leaving he offered us a bottle of wine as a parting gift. I would definitely rate this B&B as 10.
Great location, just 7 minutes walk from Rialto, nice room, great view on the channel for the best price comparing to other places to live in Venice. Perfect breakfast with fresh and so much tasty croissants, juice, eggs, ham, fruits and coffee. The owner, Giovanni is very nice and kind person, always ready to help. Knows much about Venice and has reccomended us some interesting places to visit and see. Have trevelled much in Italy before but has never been so warm-welcomed. Highly recommend.
Had a lovely stay here, nice large room, comfy bed, great view of canal from window and loved seeing Gondola's going past!great location for eveything, some amazing restaurants in the San Polo area (Birraria La Corte was our favourite and just 2 minutes from hotel, try the lasagne, steak and profiteroles!)nice breakfast at B&B,great price for our stay,Giovanni is great and very helpful giving advice on places to go and transport etc, would stay here again 100% if come again!!.
This BnB really was a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in a beautiful and large room that overlooked a canal. The best part of the BnB is the owner who is genuinely friendly and helpful. He even went out of his way to buy us a map and showed us the best, non touristy spots to explore over a couple of glasses of wine. The advice he gave us really helped to make our trip to Venice very memorable. The breakfasts are really good and more than enough food for two people.
Giovanni was the most gracious host. He was so helpful with any request and had great advice for points of interest, places to eat, directions, etc. The location was perfect for getting around Venice. We felt like we were staying in a home in the most beautiful area of San Polo. The area was completely safe both day and night. We had a great trip and would highly recommend this B and B. Thank you Giovanni for making our trip so special.
We have got possibly the most pleasant stay in the B&B Cristina at all. We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great and our host Giovanni was very nice and helpful. He has provided us with all we needed: from good advice about the city of Venice to hair dryer for us. Breakfast was very good. Food served was very fresh and tasty such as croissants, yogurts and ham. Excellent coffee. Highly recommended.
Giovanni is a fantastic host, he is always willing to help, provide information and guidance. The room is amazingly large and well appointed with some wonderful local glass decorations. An excellent breakfast is provided each day and Cristina b&b represents good value for money. Make sure you email or call Giovanni before you arrive, as Venice can be difficult to negotiate if you haven't been there before.
Absolutely fantastic stay! The owner Giovanni was brilliant - very friendly and helpful and nothing was too mych trouble. If you have the time, he is happy to share a glass of wine and history of Venice with you. Has a wealth of information on places to go and see and if you are unsure, is even happy to show you the way! Really went out of his way to m ake our stay welcoming and comfortable.
The B&B host, Giovanni, is very kind, patient and helpful. He recommended us the good restaurants and taught us how to go sightseeing in the efficient way. The breakfast with ham, fruits, delicious croissants and hot coffee is nice and plentiful. The B&B is a real Venetian house on top of the river and you can see the gondola from the window of the room. The room is big at good price.
B&B Cristina is a place where you can have a true Venetian experience: a 300-year old house with a lot of wonderful art from Murano, great central location with exquisite views towards a canal, and especially the most wonderful host, Giovanni. It was an absolute delight to be Giovanni's guests, who went out of his way to make us feel at home in his B&B.
Lovely B&B situated in a quiet street facing a Gothic church. Giovanni, the owner, was accommodating and has a wonderful sense of humour. We felt very at home with him. Giovanni prepares a hearty breakfast in the mornings. Shower was good with hot water. A lovely and affordable place to stay in a touristy place like Venice. Definitely will stay again.
A home from home. Giovanni is a delightful host, kind and helpful, the
room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely canal view. By
far the best breakfast we've ever had in Venice, and the possibility
to use the kitchen during the day was a big plus. Ideal location for
exploring the city: central but quiet.
The host is very friendly and almost everytime available, and the fresh
hot breakfest gives warm feeling. But it would be better to inform that
the private bathroom is outside of the bedroom. Room is simple but
clean. 老闆人很好,雖然是民宿,但是幾乎都在,方便的情況下會借電腦給我查詢資料,早餐由老闆在用餐時間準備,可享受熱騰騰的現煮咖啡和蛋,不-

Owner of the place - Giovanni, was very kind and helpful. He gave us great tips for sightseeing while planning our days in Venice. Room was clean and spacious with private bathroom. We had canal view room that I really liked. Breakfast was very good with variety of food to choose from. It is served in the room.
I loved B&B cristina. Giovanni was very helpful and informative. It was very cozy. The bathroom is newly updated and very nice. Our room had a beautiful view of the canal and bridge. Giovanni made us a great breakfast in the morning. Great value for your money. I would stay at B&B Cristina again.
We spent one night in late October with my wife and my child (8). There
was no additional fee for the short stay. Very large, beautiful,
comfortable room in good location. Get a printed map of Venice and it is
easy to find it. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Giovanni
was very kind and helpful.
Really enjoyed our stay. Giovanni was very hospitable and provided a great breakfast each morning which included sliced ham, fruit, hard boiled egg, bread, yogurt & fresh croissants. The bed was sooo comfortable! When we left, he gave us a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend this.
The owner Giovanni was fantastic, very helpful and provided lots of user friendly information about Venice, sights, and where to go. Our room overlooked a canal and was exactly as described online so we had no surprises on arrival. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Givanni is a very nice owner and he prepared a big breakfast daily for
our stay. Room is with a very good canal view and makes your stay more
pleasant. Our room is big and with a bathroom inside. Givanni also
provides big bottle of Dove shower gel and Pantene shampoo.
Giovani the owner was excellent. Venice can be a confusing maze, and he met us in the street to make sure we found the hotel.
The B&B doesn't have a dining room. Breakfast is served in your room.
Giovani had some excellent suggestions.
Very good value for money!.
The place is quite and calm.
Breakfast - excellent.
The owner is very positive and great personallity, always reachable for customers, always giving a help or advice.
And there IS Wi-Fi at the Cristina :) (though at the description it was said there wont be ).
Giovanni is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is the best during our
trip in Italy, with fruits, boiled egg, ham, milk, juice, yogurt, which
is more than we can eat. The apartment is not too far from the city
centre, it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes walk.
Our host was wonderful and kind and took great care of us! He suggested
restaurants and sights to see. Even though we only stayed one night, he
let us leave our heavy backpacks all the next day. He also helped us
plan our transportation to the airport.
The owner here is amazing. He is very friendly and gave us an amazing local dining recommendation. He serves you a great breakfast and even gave us a bottle of wine to take home! He was great. The canal view was nice. Room was huge.
The room is clean and big, an excellent choice for a budget traveller! The staff is very kindly and helpful! Gave me a lot of assistance and advises for my travel! Finally he sent me a bottle of wine and taste really nice!.
Convenient location with an informative and helpful owner,Giovanni.
Wonderful, delicious breakfast in our room overlooking the picture perfect canal.Giovanni"s English was very good. Thanks very much Giovanni.
Giovanni is a very kind person, who really takes care of his hosts and speaks english very well. We felt at home. The breakfast is very good. The B&B is perfectly situated in a quite but central area.
friendliness , was like staying with family member , any questions answered , even went out a couple nights drinking wine and eating chicetti with owner , a fantastic guy who soon becomes a friend .
Very friendly atmosphere. Good location. Wonderful view . Breakfast to the room was perfect. Many thanks to Govani ( thr owner of the b&b ) as he made our stay very comfortable and warm.
Great location in the center of Venice. Clean and spacious rooms, and perfect breakfasts. Giovanni is the best person and host we've ever met. We are very grateful to him for everything.
Fabulous experience. Super host - Giovanni made sure everything was comfortable for us. Breakfast was awesome and location is great, in a quiet area but not far from all the activities.
The owner (Mr. Giovani) is very friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to make u feel comfortable and welcome. The triple room we stayed in was quite big and nicely decorated.
Everything was very nice. Good price, good location. It's a real
venetian 300 years old house with antique furniture. The windows look at
the canal. The owner is a very nice person.
A true Venetian atmosphere, friendly host, very helpful. A wealth of
information on life in Venice on a day to day basis. We'd stay there
again if opportunity presents itself.
It's in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes away from the rialto. Also its very clean & Giovanni is very friendly & helpful, highly recommended.
Extremely kind and conscientious host. Huge, bright room, delicious coffee and breakfast, just far enough from the tourist-packed areas to be quiet but convenient.
Our host was nr. 1, he went out off his way to support us with information and help. The food was excellent and the room spacious and neat.
what can I say?
The best B&B ever!!
perfect location,nice breakfast and hospitality.
Giovanni is very kind and anextremely helpful host.
Spacious room.
Good breakfast.
The owner was very kind and accommodating! Nice breakfast and gorgeous rooms!.
The owner was extremely nice and friendly.
Big, comfy rooms.
Great breakfast.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful landlord. Lovely big room.
Very kind staff. Bathroom and breakfast are really satisfied.
The mirror in the bathroom.
Nothing, everything was great. A bit difficult to find, but look through a map in advance and keep your eyes opened :).
My biggest complaint was that we were only there one night! We did not
have an attached bathroom, but that wasn't really a problem.
almost nothing... just visitors should know this B and B only accept cash, but which is quite normal for B and B by private..
Our room had no aircon however I believe all the other rooms do.
It was perfect.
Using the blow dryer was a little inconvenient as there was no mirror next to the outlet, also it wasn't very powerful. That's it.
The B&B is a little hard to find, but I think this is typical in Venice, however Giovanni provided good directions over the telephone.
The only thing needs to be improved is the shower water temprature. It
is not steady and runs hot and cold and you need to adjust all the time
during your shower time.
Although the apartment is not too far from the train station, only about
15 minutes walk, but it is not easy to find, as this is Venice, unless
you got a map and other people can help.
This is not an ideal place for people who like a very mainstream hotel experience with a typical front desk and concierge and room phone. It was great for us though!.
None.
Nothing!.
It was a bit hard to find but that's normal for Venice.
Bathroom was not attached with the room, but we knew this while booking the room.
It is not a walking friendly city when it rains and you have to carry heavy luggage esspecialy if you are a lady
Markings on the buildings can be better.
none.
none!.
Trying to find it. Mind you anywhere apart from the three main tourist attractions is hard to find in Venice.
The address is hard to find. Better take a map or route guide.
