Perfect location in a very quiet and beautiful area of Venice. A lovely old building with views over the abbey gardens, and the courtyard. An easy walk to restaurants. About a half hour walk from St Marks. Very helpful host, and breakfast very good.
The welcome from Marco was great, very friendly and helpful. Best of all is the location, very quiet and yet easy to walk in all directions and also near to vaporetti stops. Nice breakfast too. Would definitely go again.kaikki arvostelut »
Everything was perfect. The only thing is that in Venice it is very easy to get lost. But the owner was very helpful so we got to the hotel. :-).

Marco was friendly and helpful. The breakfast out on the patio was great, as was looking out over a lovely green garden. It is situated in a quieter part of Venice and lovely to walk at night.

Pulling our suitcases up and down the steps of 4 bridges! It would be good if you can afford a private water taxi right up to the B&B. We couldn't afford it. The review we read made us expect far more than we got, so we were disappointed.
