The location was great - just a few mins walk from St Marks Square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped (including a kettle), hob,fridge/freezer and utensils. We were staying in Canalletto on 1st floor - no view but easy to get there with luggage. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a dining area and small lounge with TV and sofa which could be a bed. Is is very close to San Marko and to vaparetto. It is easy to find it.The staff was very gentle. Our appartement was comfortable and clean and warm. There is everything you need for cooking.
The apt. was nextdoor to the hotel and we had wifi there.
The staff there was very helpful,

Two minor things - the shower tray didn't drain well and we couldn't get any English TV (not that I cared but my husband is a news/sports fanatic...).
We stayed for 5 days. Nobody cleaned our appartement, just we ourselves.
It is in the fourth floor without lift.
A microwave would have been good plus had to go to the office for free internet.
a little bit cheaper would be perfect of course :).
Location was a little noisy.
You can hear all steps of your neighbours, no hair-drier in bathroom.
in the bathroom there was a smell of sewage coming from somewhere.
