  We arrive after 1AM while the hotel was closed. The lady drove 20 mins to let us in for the night. She was very pleasant and did not complain. I do not think there are many placed that will do that. Room was spaciuous, beds were very comfortable, short trimp to Siena, free parking.   The hostess was great and the breakfast food and coffee were a greatstart to the day. The rooms were large and the views were great. The busstop is nearby, though we took our car into Sienna for more flexability.Would reccommend this to everyone, a great experience all around.   It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. The service and the warm, friendly welcome was truely unique! I would not only widely recommend this place to anyone but already planning our return. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out.
