  We spent one night in the hotel as part of our spring (April) vacation in Italy, on the way from Pisa and Volterra to the north of Italy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quite and with beautiful view of the sea and over a very nice and green park.   Location - Could not fault the place. Staff and facilities very good. Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.
