Excellent hospitality - Mauro, the hotel owner, has given us a very warm welcome, and he is very helpful and friendly. He makes his best to ensure a perfect vacation.   Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Antonio on reception who arranged car hire and airport transfers for us. Nothing was a problem for him. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and isola bella. Great selection for breakfast and reasonably priced snack menu. We felt we got good value for money. Thumbs up - The staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed only one night but the were happy for us to leave our car in their garage on the day we were leaving until 5pm so that we had time both to go to the beach in the morning and then to take the cable car to Taormina and have a good look around. The pool and roof terrace are great with fantastic views, likewise the restaurant/bar. If I was to go again I would definately stay for longer.

  The staff was wonderful - fun and kind and helpful. We were given fresh squeezed orange juice when we arrived, and even though we were quite late arriving they were helpful with where to park our car and how to get into the main section of Taormina. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!

  The view is simply breathtaking. Staff is indeed friendly and accommodating. I didn't stay in the actual hotel but what is presented as an apartment, in fact a small one-bedroom house attached to the hotel.   What a great spot this B&B is! We stayed at villa Arianna 5 nights, had a lovely room with great big terrace with a magnificent view of the Mazzaro beach bay. The villa is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and there is an option for free private parking, which is really short in the busy narrow streets of the resort. Our room was stylishly furnished, very clean with fridge and satellite - We loved it!! The hotel itself has an amazing view over the gulf of Mazzaro and the Isola Bella, with the beach only some minutes away by foot.   We were not prepared for the size of the accommodation. Two bedroom appartment takes up the whole top floor of the villa. Entry hall, living area and terrace are very large. There is a sofa swing on the terrace which children really enjoyed. You need a car to go to the supermarket, which is about 5 min away, but you cannot really walk there.
