  Evening dinner at the hotel was delicious. Beautifully presented, and a wide variety of food and well thought out meals. Just lovely. I am sure my mother and I gained 5 kilos, but it was worth it. Staff were very proper and personable. Also helpful. The gardens and lakes were beautiful, which were enhanced by the lovely weather.   The hotel has an excellent location and service. The staff are very professional and friendly and they all speak English and very helpful. The view of the lake and the gardens around the hotel is very impressive and beautiful and the facilities of the hotel are very good. The internet access was provided without charge. The only suggestion for im... mitä ihmiset sanovat » provement is the roof garden which can be made similar to the hotel next door. - It was a treat to stay at the Hotel Astoria for 5 nights after a hectic 18 day self drive tour of Spain. The rooms were clean and well presented, the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking space and a nice large pool swimming pool. The floral arrangements in the lounges were superb. No hesitattion in recommending this hotel.

  Hyvä uima-allas. - The hotel facilities were just perfect: the location, the staff , the outdoor pool facilities, although the menu prices were just a bit expensive. I will definitely recommend this hotel. - A hotel in a superb location that lives up to its title. We had an excellent time.

  The friendly staff - Staff were great - many of whom spoke English. Room was large, airy, bright, very clean. Excellent location in Stresa, and easy to park car. They have a open air panoramic roof top - the view from there is stunning. The lobby area is great as there are a few different places to sit and each has different feel.
