Powerful aircond (really great for such a hot weather!), beautifully
furnished and spacious room, thoughtful provision of toiletries and
towels were changed every two days. Maria Carmen is a lovely and
friendly and very helpful owner! I made a mistake of reading the check-
in times and immediately smsed her that I will be late (on the day
itself!) and she graciously waited for us to arrive and welcome us
warmly with maps and gave us good dining recommendations and directions!

Maria was fantastic! She had no problem with us checking in late, and gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation (Delfino's). The room itself was huge, super clean, had a great terrace, and is on a really cute street filled with shops and restaurants. It is a great value (a hidden gem). We can't wait to go back and spend more time in Sorrento an stay here!.
The room and bathroom were freshly renovated and very spacious. Location is excellent - right in the center (though might be noisy for some people) and close to the elevator, which brings you to the boats. We were there in the beginning of Nov, no need to use air-condition, but, I believe, the rooms are equiped for the hot time.
It was the best place we stayed in during our whole trip to Italy and couldn't get over how inexpensive it was. Maria was wonderful... very welcoming and helpful. Large room with a comfortable bed, very clean, nice shower with good water pressure and temperature control, mini fridge, free wifi, great location!.
Very nice room with lovely tile. No breakfast but large market on the main street and very good fruit stand on the same street as the inn. Fridge in the room makes breakfast easy. Good location to access train, port to Capri, and Amalfi coast bus. The woman who runs it is very helpful.
We had a great time in Sorrento. We were hypnotised by the charm of this little italian city. The accomodation was excellent, in the very center of Sorrento, the furniture was in vintage style, and Mrs. Maria was really warm and helpful.
Warm friendly and welcoming. The family run guesthouse is in in a central location for all the bars restaurants and museums in town. All the staff were friendly and always helpful which helped make this a wonderful holiday in Sorrento.
The room is very comfortable and clean. The host is very helpful even
waiting for us till 10pm cus we took the wrong train to Salerno. Though
the street is noisy in the evening we stayed in the room of quite side
and had good sleep.
Hostess was charming and helpful. She let us keep our luggage there even though we had already checked out. Rooms were lovely, spotless and clean, with nice views. Also the Inn was centrally located and convenient.

the host was very friendly and provided us with with useful information on local travel. The first day the air conditioner was not working so she changes the room very gracefully at once.
There's really nothing that we didn't like - the location;
although in heart of the tourist district, is a bit confusing to find
(eventhough directions were provided by Maria Carmen)...this is more due
to there being a lack of street signs in Sorrento. But the little street
where the guesthouse is on, we noticed is filled by Maria Carmen's
family and they are very friendly to guide us! (In fact, there's a
10% discount in the restaurant below the guesthouse for guests!).

There's no breakfast, but you can have a drink at the owners' little cafe in the morning, and a backery is in front of the Guesthouse.
It was a bit hard to find but ask any of the friendly locals and they'll point you in the right direction.
No breakfast included. So you have to go to outside. I don't
recommend you eat at the bar downstairs. Very expensive! You must
prepare enough cash cus there is very hard to find the cash machine to
withdraw money. The payment for the hostel can't use credit card.
The only thing we found difficult was maneuvering heavy suitcases within the narrow betrayals.
I feel the pillows have seen better days. Also, a coffee maker/glasses/wine opener in the room would be nice.
