This small and intimate B&B has just 4 guest rooms, all of which were completely refurbished in 2008. The rooms are set on the top floor and their large windows make them bright and spacious. They each feature free Wi-Fi connection and a flat screen TV.

The owners were very friendly & helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious with skylight and a mini fridge and a safe. This B&B has a nice terrace over looking the bay and is in a great location; 2 minutes from the main square & a 10 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was basic but good and was available at anytime. There was also a stove in the kitchen should you wish to cook. The ad indicated stairs so we knew what to expect but it was not a concern for us as the .

New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento. Owner of the hotel Alfonso was a great host. Even we arrived late, he welcomed us with a smiling face. He has a special lifting system to carry the suitcases to 4th floor, which was fun to watch. Location was perfect: Close to the marina, train station as well as the main attractions. Breakfast is not poor as some people wrote in their comments. It's of course not like a 5 star hotel, but enough to enjoy the great terrace upstairs. Credit card is accepted which is a pro as well. Very friendly owner, hospitality. This B&B is located in a local apartment, where you blend right in the downtown area. No big sign, you gotta look for the address and ring the bell. The room is very clean and with skyline window. At night you can go to the roof to enjoy city night view. Self service breakfast with pack bread n cookies, juice n milk, coffee machine in a small kitchen, where pan, plate, and fork are available for you to cook easily!. I loved everything about this B&B. I loved the location. I loved that I had my own key to the large, green wooden door from the busy, crowded streets. I loved walking up the 80+ steps each time. I loved, and laughed over, the pulley system they use to bring heavy luggage up. I loved my bright, fresh room and I LOVED LOVED the rooftop terrace enabling me to enjoy a quiet eveing looking down on Piazza Tasso and the streets below. Hotel just amazing) host and his wife are very nice people! They recommended us a wonderful restaurant of friend of them, close to hotel, and it was absolutely delisious. Crowds on a street talk to themselves;) we would like to stay more! Also they have a nice movie collection in every room, in different languages including Russian. Location is perfect, close to the beach close to the main square, close to everything). Very clean, cozy, nicely-decorated room; private shower w/hot water & our own refrigerator (we didn't have the luxury of this while staying in Rome); lovely view of the coast; self-service breakfast at any time; well-equipped kitchen w/good appliances; thoughtful, gracious host; quiet & relaxing ambience; literally a few steps away from the town's central square!. The man who runs the place is very nice. We were treated great and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast is self serve so you can make what you'd like. The terrace offers a nice view of the city. The rooms have air conditioning and the bathroom was also a nice size with a regular shower. Good value for money and in the heart of Sorrento. The rooms are airy and spacious and it's like having your own self contained flat. Cases can be winched up from the ground floor. The family are very friendly and helpful. The residence is very good located. Just next to the main square. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and life nearby. The room is ok and confortable. Staff is very helpful and always willing to assit you. The owners are lovely and very friendly. They have a pulley system to help bring the luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and inviting; even with a dvd player and library of dvds. Great location. The host was really very helpful. The postion is excellent to explore Sorrento and very close to the train and bus stations. Clean rooms and wonderful view from the rooftop terrace. FANASTIC B & B, great location, very clean and tidy and the best staff you could possibly ask for!! We would highly recommend staying here. Great little place in the center of Sorrento. Super-clean, quiet, open, bright, breezy, comfortable spot smack in the middle of busy Sorrento. The proprietor and family were welcoming and friendly. The room was large and well appointed. Excellent bathroom facilities. The B&B is next to the main square and has a delightful balcony offering excellent views of Sorrento away from it all. Right in the center of everything. Clean comfortable room. They have a terrace on the roof for the great sunset view. The location is excellent, the rooms very clean, modern and spacious and there's a DVD player in the room!. Alfonso is just great. Top location in the center of Sorrento. Do not come by car....we will be back. The owner is very nice and he made us feel at home. Perfect location and close to everything. Only that we couldn't stay longer ;). We had only one night at Sorrento Belvedere B&B. Wish we had stayed more. :). No elevator and apartment is on the top floor. We have no problem with that but just a head up for those in need. Owner has a lift that can help to get the luggage up which is super helpful!. The only drawback to me was the prepackaged assortment for breakfast. I loved everything!. N/A. Everything was great! I would wholly recommend, especially to young couples and groups of friends. It was many steps up, but we were used to it by then. Do not stay at this location if you are not ok with steps. The mattress was very firm, I prefer softer. We stayed 2 nights and one of them was very noisy, it sounded like construction and lawn mowing at 3am. No good to stay there if you can't manage stairs as no lift and there are 4 flights. The rooms are in a forth or fifth floor without elevator. Not sure, I lost the count while walking upstairs =). It is a little annoying if you are arriving exhausted. But not great deal. Very little, but I wasn't keen on the self service breakfast in terms of the scrabble with other guests. The roof garden has a lovely view over the town. The sign saying "Belvedere B&B" is not really noticeable. We passed by several times and still couldn't find it. Until the local police officer stopped us and pointed to the big green door. There are lots of stairs up to the B&B - that was fine for me, but may pose a problem for some others. Nothing. Poor brekfast. Nothing. poor breakfast. Should have 2 chairs in the room. The poor breakfast.
