Siena - pure magic. The staff and support you receive (including help
with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend.
We had the apartment with the twin beds with full use of the courtyard,
Apt 3 across from their reception area. Perfect accommodations, clean,
quiet, and reasonable. The young folk operating the B&B Duomo (not
to be confused with the B&B Duomo Hotel in the same entrance area)

Absolutely breathtaking views from every area of the hotel. Our room felt more like a private suite. It was very private and include a small terrace with an umbrelled table and chairs. Breakfast was superior with a courtyard...most pleasant way to start your day. The restaurant was a huge surprise, at least 4 stars, with very knowledgeable servers.

Particularly front of house and restaurant staff. Dinner in the restaurant and lunch on the terrace were memorable. Will defintiely go back.

The staff was very welcoming, especially Dennis. He was very helpful and kind. He also speaks very good English. The room was very clean and lovely. The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. All in all, we would recommend this place to everyone.

The room was lovely but the ladies at the front desk made the stay the best -- from mailing my postcards to providing hot water for tea at night. We had DSL in the room which was great. Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

Friendly and very helpful staff - all staff that we came in contact were very approachable and willing to give of their time to help with directions etc. - Clean, nice car parking, close to bus stop that takes you to central Siena in short ride of about 10 to 15 minutes

Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage
