  This B&B was better than I expected, even having read their reviews. The location next to Il Campo meant we could watch the lottery for the next Paleo on the TV and hear the excitement loud and clear through the window! On the Sunday morning my daughter and I rose at 5.30am to explore the city before it became too busy and we were the only ones on - The Hotel is located in the best location in Siena. The view from our balcany room was incredible. The owner of the hotel is on property and is focused on your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is an amazing value. There is no lift, but, the owner assisted me both in and out of the property. He made a point to be there at 5:45 AM to assist me on my departure! We love this place. We hope to return to Siena and Albergo Centrale.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly, gave us some tips on how to get to San Giminiano and where to buy what in Siena. The location is great, but if you're sensitive to noise and care about the quality of your sleep then make sure you're not getting the street view room. The rooms are clean, and there is a nice living room in the common area with a beautiful balcon. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and accomidating. It was in a good location. I would definately stay there again. - Location, location, location - very convenient and safe.
