The room was lovely but the ladies at the front desk made the stay the best -- from mailing my postcards to providing hot water for tea at night. We had DSL in the room which was great. A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna. We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.

Absolutely breathtaking views from every area of the hotel. Our room felt more like a private suite. It was very private and include a small terrace with an umbrelled table and chairs. Breakfast was superior with a courtyard...most pleasant way to start your day. The restaurant was a huge surprise, at least 4 stars, with very knowledgeable servers.

The B&B Duomo is perhaps the best place that I have ever stayed in
Siena - pure magic. The staff and support you receive (including help
with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend.
We had the apartment with the twin beds with full use of the courtyard,
Apt 3 across from their reception area. Perfect accommodations, clean,
quiet, and reasonable. The young folk operating the B&B Duomo (not
to be confused with the B&B Duomo Hotel in the same entrance area)

Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage

Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the
apartment was well equipped and very clean.
We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in,
and she was so kind a funny to talk to.
The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!
