The room and the hotel itself were clean, the stuff was very helpful and friendly, especially the young lady called Anna, who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the history of the place and city of Sanremo.   The hotel was wonderful, it was a pleasure to stay in Belle Epoque for one week. Staff was really friendly, helping with every question I had.
