Everything. The agriturismo is absolutely true to its name with unobstructive beautiful vista it over looks. Imagine waking up to stunning Tuscan rolling hills right before your eyes! Great hospitality and breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating owner who gave excellent recommendation of restaurants (we had out of this world truffle pasta at Pepenero). Agriturismo Bellavista was the best and cheapest place we stayed at throughout our Tuscany trip. Only wish we had more time here!

I liked how this hotel is set in the Tuscany countryside. Lovely setting and really like they offer free Cava on arrival. The staff very friendly. Free car park and breakfast included in the rate. We stayed for a night only and would like to have stayed longer. Would suggest for anyone travelling around Tuscany. -

On the next morning they even prepared the breakfast earlier as we started our next cycling tour quite early.

Lovely welcome and friendly service. We had an amazing view over the valley from our room. This was a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing.
Whilst the main purpose of our visit was as a central base to go to Florence, Siena etc. etc. We spent a wonderful day exploring San Miniato which has much to offer on its own - and would strongly recommend.
