  Fantastic location right in pretty village of San Felice del Benaco so can walk to cafes etc.Small supermarket opposite. Super bakery just around corner. We had lovely apartment with outside terrace with beautiful view and very clean. Ellie very helpful and attentive. Pool area stunning.

  Mr Fredico the owner is one of the nicest person you can ever meet. He does his best to make sure your stay is comfortable. The apartments are so clean & looks exactly like the pictures in this site. Wild selection of TV channel.Around the apartments they are few shops & restaurants where you can grab a bite.   The hotel has a very nice little cout yard for coffee of dinner. The 3 course dinner menues are delicoius. I loved also the hotel own pool and the walking distance to the near by lake shore (about 10 minutest at most) with a nice goffee bar. - small friendly hotel, well maintained, quaint courtyard, helpful staff.
