We needed help with sorting out a problem and we didn't have enough Italian to be able to handle it. The staff was fantastic! Helpful, making phone calls, sending faxes and emails and helping us fill in forms. We were very thankful.   everything was every year excelent,location.staff,breakfast.we were for five times and any time we are going in Italy we go in Dolo just at this hotel - A lovely hotel in a lovely town. The staff was helpful. We liked it so much that we already stayed there four times.
