Clean and nice. Very friendly staff. You feel welcomed. Pool, wifi, lift, car park. Just what we expected. This is a very nice, welcoming hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly welcome, large room, great views. In the twin bed room we had, matresses were a bit small and hard. A little too far from the Sestriere ski lift facilities (15 min's drive). Food was appalling. Set menu with food that reminded me of school in unpleasant basement restaurant. Pudding was apple tart that contained lots of apple core and grey uncooked pastry. Stale bread from night before for breakfast.
