It's a great hotel for a very reasonable price. Located about 500 m from the sea, great restaurants. Beautiful white sand beach is a just a few minutes away. It's a must see!! The location of the hotel was excellent and what I would describe as Shabby Chic - the building was beautifully old and obviously had some age related drawbacks which didn't spoil our stay. The staff were tremendous and very helpful. -

The hotel is well located, very close to the train station where regular trains can take you to Pisa, Florence etc.
It is very near to the beach, only a couple of minutes stroll away, and the beach is lovely, clean and not too busy.
Our room was clean, but perhaps a little dated.
