  Residence oli hyvällä paikalla ja kohtuu hintainen. Huone oli ylllättävän iso ja mukavuudet totaalista bonusta, emme odottaneet sen tasoista huonetta, varsinkin kun olimme olleet yhden yön lähellä terminiä - ystävällinen palvelu, rauhallinen hotelli, sijainti oli hyvä, ympäristössä paljon hyviä ruokakauppoja ja mukava tunnelma, hyvät kulkuyhteyde... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t, kävelymatkan päässä paljon nähtävää

  The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  hotellin sijainti hyvä,liikenteen melukaan ei häirinnyt,henkilökunnan asiakkaan huomioiva osaava käytös - Asiakaspalvelu oli aivan huippuluokkaa lukuunottamatta naista joka hoiteli aamupala-asiota. Kyseinen henkilö sai tuntemaan asiakkaan hyvin vaivautuneeksi, tuli vaikutelma että joku on pakottanut hänet tähän työhön.
