Very Nice place with very Nice people !
The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too !
The breakfast includes milk, juice, tea, coffee, bread, cereals, fresh and delicious croissants and a lot of jelly!
Near to termini station and with some restaurants and souvenirs shops!
The reception was excellent, they even checked our flight online and knew it was a bit late!
They speak inglish very well and they also speak portuguese !!

Very friendly and helpful staff; 3mins to Termini station.
Rooms are new and well designed. There is a kitchen you can use and all the neccessary things for cooking.
Breakfast is served in rooms.
There is also a fridge in each room.
Because we chose to use public transportation during our stay, the apartments proximity to the Termini train station was fantastic.
The room was nicely decorated and accommodated our family of five.
Great location for visiting highlights of Rome.

WiFi goes well only in few places in the room.
The surrounding neighborhood was run down/dirty.
The included breakfast was lack luster. We purchased fresh fruit and yogurt to make a complete meal.
All was good.
The hotel didn't have car
parking.
Nobody was there when we arrived. Had to wait outside for a about 15 min before somebody opened and he was a guest who had already been waiting for a while. And this was at 2 pm.... Also, maid walked into room once without knocking on accident. Also, were still in room at 11:15 and were asked strongly to leave ASAP even though there was nobody who would be checking into our room.
