For this price, you cannot ask for a better deal. The location is convenient especially if you enjoy the laid back, local and young/alternative atmosphere of the San Lorenzo district. The apartment is located in a highrise tucked away on a quiet side street - there was never any noise distracting my sleep, yet the pulsating nightlife and authentic Roman eateries of San Lorenzo were a stone's throw away. It's also within an easy reach from the historic city centre - there are trams operating all.

The forniture, the owner, the breakfast. We liked the room, it was a fancy room. The owner was very helpful. Breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, fresh pastry, espresso, and fruit tart). Location was just around the corner from a tram stop to go to major attractions. Near a grocery store. Clean room and comfortable bed. WiFI signal great. The guy that owns this place was very helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. A big plus was a tram stop just around the corner from our room and a bus stop at the end of the street. There were some very small details that could be improved. During my four night stay, the towels were not changed once, neither was the bed made. The breakfast included in the price consisted of crackers and instant coffee (however, there was an unlimited supply of fruit and chocolate cake in the kitchen). But at these prices, who's complaining?. View from the window. The shared bathroom was through a hallway next to the breakfast area so it was awkward when heading to or coming from showering. The breakfast was dissapointing, just some sweet pastry with nutella, jam, some crackers and coffee. Also the neighbourhood looked kinda sketchy, which wasn't a big problem though, because of the short distance to all transport means. The thing we didn't like the most though was, that if you plan to stay for more than 2 days take your own toilet paper and prepare for a bin full of garbage. We arrived at 13.30 and he didn t even had a clue about us.we entered the kitchen and there was still milk,crossants and tart all uncovered and plates on the table from breakfast.he gave us some info about the place and we arranged to go one hour after so he could clean our tiny room and the kitchen.when we arrived everything was in order but i couldn t imagine the morning breakfast drinking from the same milk.area was not good if you travel with kids.
