A friend on mine and me spent one night at B&B Toma and it was a great pleasure for us. Mario was a perfect host, nice and friendly and he was assisting with precious information which made our stay in Rome much easier. The B&B is nice and sober, all the forniture is new and Mario together with his mum the keep it very clean. Having 2 restrooms was really confortable as we never had to wait for using it. The location is also really good because the subway it's just 2 minutes away and in.

The breakfast is so-so but who cares this if there is a large supermarket on the first floor :) There is a coffee machine from Lavazzo and the result was delicious. Overall, for the price value and what you get, this place deserves 10 points. Good location, accessible by feet from city center if you like walking. Always clean, they cleaned our room daily. Breakfast was a bit poor but ok. There was a balcony with view of the Appia Nuova Street. There where two shared bathrooms and they where very clean. Mario was very friendly and helpful!. The location was absolutely excellent and very close to metro station. Toma was helpful at so many levels which made my stay very comfortable and welcoming. *close to the metro *supermarket, bar with original italian pizza in neighborhood *big and clean room *breakfast every day *friendly owner :). The personnel was really friendly and helpful. Everything was brand new so it was a perfect stay, I'm definately coming back to this B&B. 1 Mr Tomma is really nice 2 very close to the metro station and easy to go anywhere. 3 clean (room and bathroom) 4 big room and balcony. Perfectly cleaned. I never stay at a hotel where the bathrooms are shared. I ended up being in this place due to rush booking and not reading their description properly. But the restrooms were really clean. The guy in there was running his cleaning rounds every 2 hours during the day. It has a very convinient location, next to the metro A Furio Camillo. The room was cleaned every day after our departure. The bed was confortable and big, we slept well in it. Mario was a perfect host, nice and friendly. The restroom was good and very clean. The location is very good the Metro station it is just 2 minutes away. Convenient location, to a metro station 3 minutes walk, to the centre (Termini) by metro approximately 15 minutes. Clean rooms. My only suggestion would be that there would be a fridge in the room. may be not easy to find for the first time. and the lift is invisible!. Breakfeast very small. Even though I have given a positive review of the cleanliness of the toilets, I don't like Shared Toilets. The room was on the side of the road, so very noisy. With earplugs you can still have a good sleep. The breakfast was very light (juice, coffee and 2 little cakes), so not enough for big eaters. The bathroom was very old, not much pressure in the pipes. The is no breakfast....... only one small juice and one donat from supermarket for each person. There is 2 bathrooms for public use for all restrooms. Poor breakfasts. Emailed owner to check about shuttle and he only said he did provide one. My surprise was tha he wanted us to pay in cash. I told him I did not have that amount in cash and that it was ok for him to charge my credit card. By the time he drop off us at the airport, he was yelling at us, asking for his money. By the time I got to us I had emails from him threaten me to go to the police. Terrible way to treat clients!.
