Hosts were so friendly and helpful with any questions. They offered
very great service, and it almost felt like, that you were visiting
home and friends.
The rooms were very lovely designed and was cleaned every day. We just loved our blue room, it was very romantic designed.
Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, eggs, croissants, bread, cold cuts of meat, cheese, jam, cereal and milk. If you want anything else for example scrambled eggs, the hosts offers it too.

Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. The facilities are nice , they even put some wet tissue paper for us to use. Wifi works well . Carlotta made this place with love and cares of every detai.
I booked this bed and breakfast for my parents - Carlotta was extremely helpful prior to them arriving, assisting me in planning trips and tours for their time in Rome.
During their stay, Carlotta and Francesco were fantastic hosts, making my parents stay very memorable. The accommodation was finished to a high standard, clean, and in a perfect location.

We were overwhelmed with the warm welcome we received from Carlotta and Francisco Although we were only there for one night, they made us feel completely at home. The location of the B&B is excellent. Walking distance from Termini station and the bus route. We will definitely stay theer again if we are in Rome! The ambience of the accommodation is homely and friendly. The breakfast was also exceptional.
You can’t imagine what you will find by standing at the front door. But when you reach the 3rd floor it is like magic!! Such a wonderful cozy beautifully designed place. Carlotta and Francesco are wonderful people and made our stay in Rome perfect. We shall definitely return to B&B Carlotta alle 4 Fontane.
Centrally located, so easy to find. Carlotta warmly welcomes you and settled you into a very warm, clean welcoming rooms/s. Everything is spotless and nothing is too much trouble from advice on where to find everything to generally friendly catchup for a coffee.
