The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. They offer great advise on the best places to visit and things to do. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, really great value for money!! But the best thing about Benvenuti is the fun friendly vibe that the staff and guests bring to the hostel. I cant wait to go back :). Very cosy and friendly hotel. Defo will choose it again!.
