  We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.   The ability to use the hotel facilities, location and open spaces. View was fantastic! Fantastic overall. Def will go again but maybe not in high season as seems very expensive especially as do not play golf... Staff spoke good languages and were very pleasant - Good value for money as the swimming pool of the 4-star hotel can be used
