  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless. However, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. - The room was quite big and very nicely decorated with a magnificent viewon the Arno river.   This place has wonderful facilities within an outstanding setting. This is our third stay in the last 6 months. We think it is great value for the euro spent. - We liked everything here. Very good hotel! Excellent high class interiors, very new technical devices in the rooms. Fantastic ceilings! Helpful staff!
