  We stayed in a bungalow for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago and arrived on a Saturday night. For starters, this place is about an hour by bus from Florence, in the countryside (which is stunning!). The bus ride into the countryside is fantastic! Staff were always great, informative and friendly.   It was my wife's birthday. Room service brought up a nice card and some great little snacks while we were at the beach on the day we arrived. The pool and spa area was incredible and very luxurious . Located right on the beach which was a 2 minute walk from our room. Stocked up with supplies at the Fonti del Corallo shopping centre in Livorno. Dishes, cutlery, towels and bedding were provided.   We were two couples and had an excellent vacation with a warm and very friendly and open welcome from the owners (a young and cute couple). We stayed at the two bedroom villa that has all necessary equipment (together with basic cooking products), a large living room and great kitchen. We were in the so called "small budget" room, which was actually bigger than some "normal" rooms in other hotels where we were live during our Tuscany trip.   We did not realise when we booked that it was a camp site( but what a place) We were pleasantly suprised at how big the site was and the facilities on offer, the eating out places were excellent and a really good menu. A really lovely busy but not noisy site.Bungalow we had was tiny but cheap and sufficient for - The staff were very helpful especially while we are visiting for the first time. We enjoyed the Roast Chicken at the take away, the best! the other food were very good too. The kids loved the water park, we had to go in the evening when it is less sunny and less busy.
