  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place.   One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! Also the most impressive part of this hostel/hotel is that they have just about every c... mitä ihmiset sanovat » onvenience you can imagine! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. The restaurant was great- cheap but good food. Breakfast was lovely and a big selection. Friendly atmosphere and in a great location. Just five minutes from

  Location, despite with a slight distance from center, is great. And, it's only minutes from the sea! Staff is great and overall first impression is really good. Reception and lounge are nice and welcoming. Breakfast with no problems. Room is nice and spacious (double). You can even see the sea from your room!
