  Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. I think this may have been our favorite part of the stay- a hot drink and 2 delicious pastries. The breakfast makes this a super deal. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need. We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great. This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

  The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex was not fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex. For us it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to be alone in a ‘remote’ area. The rooms were big and nicely decorated.
