Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, especially the chalets, which are totally isolated. The chalets have a kitchenette and living space, which is much more comfortable than a typical hotel room.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful, including little Luigi the dog, who is happy to greet visitors.
We will definitely recommend Relais to friends!

All the staff were extremely pleasant and could not have been more helpful especially the girls on reception. Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Patrizio had great suggestions for places of interest and fantastic drives. He gave us a private view of Tuscany - Beautiful location. Hotel is a few km outside of Montespertoli - reachable only by car. Nice breakfast. Our cheaper room was half underground and thus well temperated in high summer.
