  Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

We arrived very late at night and had difficulty getting a taxi and when i phoed the hotel to explain we were going to be delayed they came and picked us up. A very pleasant experience all round. Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.
