  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

  I was a bit stressed out when we arrived, because we arrived a few hours later than planned. and had to drive down a narrow pedestrian street to reach the hotel. Being from the U.S., it felt much like driving down a busy sidewalk. But hosts Bri'd and Stefano were just wonderful. They walked back with us t - Truly an experience staying in a building of the 14th century. It is located in the heart of Lucca. Our Divina room was beautifully painted, spacious with high castle like ceiling.Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Cappuccino was excellent and the hosts are very gracious.

  This place has wonderful facilities within an outstanding setting. This is our third stay in the last 6 months. We think it is great value for the euro spent. - We liked everything here. Very good hotel! Excellent high class interiors, very new technical devices in the rooms. Fantastic ceilings! Helpful staff!
