  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  Best regards to Olga, she was much helpful! I had a big room with balcony, marvelous view which I enjoyed every day. Making up the room was perfect, thanks again to the ladies who did this job. The staff was top notch and the Hotel was encredable in a beautiful setting over looking Barga - The hotel is gorgeous and is in a perfect location in the mountains of Tuscany.
