English-speaking waiter was very helpful both at excellent dinner and following lunch.   It is a very good place to stay. Though it is a bit far from the city there are frequent buses which takes you to this place. The staffs were very friendly. Rooms are very clean, luxurious and elegant. Excellent breakfast.   The hotel was in a good location for travellers with a car. A short walk (downhill) into the centre if no car, but need taxi back up! Very well maintained and our room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. This was the best hotel (of 4) during our stay in Northern Italy.
