  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival. The dinner we received was great value for moneyand delicious. We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and could see lavaflow at night. It was easy to find and had parking.   The general staff attitude was excellent. English was well spoken and there were no serious communication difficulties. Although dining was a bit of a bear garden the choice of food was perfectly satisfactory, wine was included and there were no difficulties with teenagers having second or third helpings.   Pools fantastic Rooms large Very helpful staff, in particular Monica. Courtyard with fountain and poolside area very nice with ample seating. Nicely furnished with oceans of space for clothes, even in the smaller of the two rooms. The large room had a sofa and coffee table making it very homely. We would hapily return in the future.
