  The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet. Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable. The large top floor balcony overlooked the coast. It was an excellent place. We appreciated the electric kettle and fridge.   It was an apartment, redesigned by the owner, with very good taste. Everything we can think of was available for us in the house. He and his wife were very helpfull and friendly, and he has a shop right below, so you can find him easily. Parking can be tricky, but at the right time of day you can park freely right on the front of the building. I wa - The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

The house is also very nice, full of plants and flowers, and is located just at a 10 minutes walk distance from both the town center and the port. Last but not least, Gigi was a lovely host and he gave us very good recommendations about what to visit and - Perfect location if you have just arrived on the ferry or are about to leave on it. My room was clean, spacious and with a balcony overlooking the town. A wonderfully warm and knowledgeable welcome with recommendations as to where to go, what to do and where to eat. The homemade jams at breakfast were superb, and I wish I had a coffee maker as good! Definitely a place to return to for a longer stay.

This small hotel occupies a commanding view of Santa Maria Navarrese, and along the large beach towards Arbatax, especially from rooms with balconies. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.   Grazia was an absolutely amazing host! We were surprised with a huge 2 bdr. 2 bath apartment w/ 4 balconies, 3 w/ sea view! The price was so low for the accommodation & location! Very comfortable, clean, fantastic breakfast w/ excellent coffee. Only a couple buildings behind the lido. She let us leave our bags securely inside before check-in & after check-out before our departure. Fantastic local restaura - This is a small family run B&B. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nice large balcony. The breakfast was very filling. They kept our bags for the day as we had a night flight, and were even kind enough to let us shower after we returned from the beach. Overall great stay.
