  We stayed at B&B Sardegna Sole e mare for 1 night. We were met by very friendly staff who did whatever they could to help us during our stay in Alghero. For example they helped us calling a restaurant to book table for dinner. We rent bikes at the B&B which was nice since the B&B is a bit away from the beach (although it is possible to... mitä ihmiset sanovat » walk - it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach).   B&B is located on the outskirts of La Maddalena beach-side village, so one should consider having a car to move around. Having a car, or catching an ARST bus, it easy to travel to nearby beaches, or to Cagliari. The owner, Pasqualle, was utterly friendly and helpful. So was rest of staff, though not English-speaking. And a great breakfast by Sardinian terms! - The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, they answered all the questions we had and helped a lot. Gentarrubia itself is a very nice, clean bed & breakfast in Capoterra. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall a very nice experience, we would return with a car for sure.

She gave us loads of information on how to get into town and to the beach, which buses etc. We were heading to a wedding on the day of arrival and she did her best to ensure the room was ready for us asap.   Amazing place to stay, very welcoming owner and a good bar/restaurant adjacent. The breakfast was stunning, by far the best over our three weeks in Italy and France. We would stay here again when we next visit Sardinia - Fantastic room, lovely breakfast, most helpful host, edge of village close to great pizzeria and local bar excellent.
