  A place to stay full of character. Horses roaming in front of the accomodation, and a working stable across the lawn. Horses being ridden in and out gave the place a flavour of real Sardinia, but combined with a luxurious and romantic room. We really enjoyed our stay here. I strongly recommend to take dinner, it is so delicious: the food (they asked about your preferences) and wine - really good.

  The hotel actually looks more like a small town, with its own streets, squares, bars, restaurants, SPA and sport facilities. Excellent service, very good value for money, professional staff. The location may seem a bit far from the city center but it is well connected to it (via public and own transport 10 min), to the beach (own transport, 10 min... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ) and is close to the freeway for all directions, surrounded by mountains and thick vegetation. Facilities well maintained.   B&B is located on the outskirts of La Maddalena beach-side village, so one should consider having a car to move around. Having a car, or catching an ARST bus, it easy to travel to nearby beaches, or to Cagliari. The owner, Pasqualle, was utterly friendly and helpful. So was rest of staff, though not English-speaking. And a great breakfast by Sardinian terms! - The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, they answered all the questions we had and helped a lot. Gentarrubia itself is a very nice, clean bed & breakfast in Capoterra. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall a very nice experience, we would return with a car for sure.
