  Matteo was a great host! game us a map of the city, marked all the places of interest and told how to get there. Before we arrived to Florence, we confirmed all the details (I wanted a room with a canipy bed). Also a great location of the B&B - 10-15 min from the railway station, you can get by foot or by a bus. We will definetely stay here ag... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ain. - Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. He gave us a map on arrival, explained good sites to visit and where the closest grocery was, gave us his cellphone number in case we need anything. The giant terrace/balcony is wonderful. No view on the Duomo though, but the view on Florence is nice enough :)

  The man at the front desk was very helpful and although he spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we managed to communicate and he even circled the places to see on the map and told us which buses to take. - Good location - near from railway station (10 min by foot from Firenze SMN) and not so far from historical centre; friendly staff.

  The host was extremely friendly and provide excellent guide to tips onviewing Florence and navigating around the town. He was also helpful andready to answer our queries and assist us. The location is alittle farfrom the town centre as but located near the bus stop. - The room was one of the better sized and appointed rooms we've had in Italy.   Our room was large with a small balcony which we enjoyed. The hotel is located on a quiet street and is an excellent location. The proprietor was very friendly and most helpful. - The staff was great.
