The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished. The in-house restaurant was excellent (especially the tagliolini al limone) and the wines are of a high quality. -

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

This is a very welcoming family run business providing excellent service and bright comfortable and spacious accommodation. Our bed was particularly comfortable. Our hostess Manuella was extremely hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed her cooking so much we ate all 5 evenings in the restaurant. We stayed for 9 nights while travelling all the time and coming to sleep at night. We ordered a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 children (16,14,10).
The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and surely recommend it to others.

The hotel is very well managed with delightful personal service. There is a wonderful restaurant and the staff were meticulous in assisting with dietary requirements (with particular attention to gluten free). Very friendly staff who were always willing to help out. They were also flexible in changing the appartment from the second floor to the ground floor because we had a baby and it was much easier for us. Close to the beach. A lot of sporting facilities: 4 swimming pools, tennis court, 3 table tennis tables, minigolf,... We had a great time! -

Big comfortable, clean apartment, the kitchen contains all the necessary equipment. Balcony is also big and overlooks the green park. It is possible to take bicycle for free - convenient if you plan to visit Sirmione and not to worry about the parking. Good location – only two minutes from the lake. -
