  the management were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was immaculatley clean and Fortunatley they spoke excellent English as my Italian is not very good. The hotel is about 30 seconds away from the beautiful lake Garda and central for all other areas around the lake. - Very clean and good value for money

  We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.   Michaele the owner was the loveliest host ever. His advice on where to eat, visit , ride and what to do in the area was amazing. He went out of his way to help and make you feel at home. The lounge area was perfect around the log fire, and Michaele's hospitality was first class. I have never seen such a clean and well maintained hotel.
