  Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... mitä ihmiset sanovat » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Many restaurants within walking distance. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  Location from the train station (6 blocks) and the Metro (2 blocks) were ideal. Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic breakfast was filling – three different fresh baked goods daily, juice, coffee or tea plus additional packaged biscuits and jam.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Also the air conditioning was working fine. The location is excellent. - Very reasonable price for a centrally located hotel. Only several blocks from the the Spanish Steps (and the Metro).   A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. We walked to most attractions easily, the colloseum & forum are about 20 - 30 minute walk... mitä ihmiset sanovat » away. The Vatican is a few metro stops away too. Breakfast is basic but just enough to set you up for your daily travels. We will definitely be recom - the hotel very much was pleasant. Convenient arrangement, nearby the station, (went to Naples) both the subway, sights! Nearby on Manin Street found remarkable restaurant where usually had supper. I will note goodwill of the personnel! Thanks to them! Next time we will stop only in this hotel!

  I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.
