  we loved the room/apartment with its great decor and feel. The staff were friendly and efficient and the location was just right for what we wanted. Very quiet but within walking distance of amenities and god bus routes for the island.

  Owners, Davide and Monica with their cute daughter Ambra, showed us a very generous hospitality throughout the whole stay. The residence is well equipped with a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, lots of parkings spaces and with a fantastic view of the mountains. Although the residence is right next to the airport, this was never a problem. The place is nice and the kitchen is very useful.

  The hotel is more or less normal. To the shore with a sandy beach to walk 2 minutes. Separate entrance to the room with the number keys are issued to the outside door and room keys. - Good localization, very close to the Procchio beach. Private parking place nearby. So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!
